This is my tutorial for microsoft paint.
(which is a program I used to use a lot a lot a lot a lot, long long ago, but i don't really use any more because i have photoshop. -hugs photoshop- don't ever leave me!!!!)


I should also note, you should save as a 24-bitmap while working on an image, saving as jpg will make the image lossy in paint, and you probably won't be able to do the colour replace if you do.
